GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your package enters the mail stream. The below times are estimates on when we typically process orders. 

Note: Be sure to add info.vectorusart@gmail.com to your email contacts list to ensure you receive all your order updates and notifications. Doing this protects against overzealous spam filters. 

APPAREL

Ready To Ship Apparel - This item is in stock and will be sent out from our location in approximately 5-7 business days. Please note: If you order in stock apparel combined with a preorder apparel, we will wait to ship everything together once the preorder is ready. 

Pre-Order Apparel - Please refer to the shipping date in the product title or the product page. Most presales take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. 

ART PRINTS

Prints / Unstretched Canvas: 3-5 Business Days 

Stretched Canvas: 2-3 Weeks 

Damaged
File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

Note for International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs. We are not able to predict how customs will handle your fees, once it arrives it is out of our hands.
